That guy is about to
walk across the Gowanus Canal; but this painting is about the ramp up to
the 3rd Street Bridge and the semi-industrial buildings on the Carroll
Gardens side. I liked the simple blocks of color punctuated by the two
different "crossing arms". I've seen the yellow one being used
(in fact, one of the operators sent over a colleague one day with a
marriage proposal. I turned him down politely!)
