Named one of "6 Artists to See at This Year’s Edition of Gowanus Open Studios" by Brownstoner Magazine!

You're invited to the 21st Annual Gowanus Open Studios in Brooklyn during which over 350 artists open their studios to the public and local venues showcase artists. I will be participating for the 16th time at my studio on 168 7th Street, between 2nd and 3rd Avenues, showing recent oil paintings of city views and landscapes.

There will be an enormous range of contemporary art being made today by mature and younger artists, and this is a wonderful opportunity to see the work and engage in conversations with the creators. Your visit will be made even more enjoyable by the large number of interesting coffee shops, restaurants, and bars that have sprung up in Gowanus over the past several years. Let's also not forget the proximity of our very own Superfund site, the Gowanus Canal, which has been a muse for me over the last 16 years. Studios will be open from noon to 6 pm on Saturday and Sunday, plus there are events and parties starting Friday evening! Convenient to many different subway lines and street parking is generally available.
