100s of artists, in studios (like me and my studio mate Regina Perlin) or at host venues in the broader Gowanus neighborhood, invite you to this beloved annual event (this is my 22nd!). It’s a unique opportunity to ask us about our process and inspirations, find new artists to admire and follow, and maybe even buy artwork (or affordable reproductions).

I will be showing new paintings: oil paintings, studies and watercolors of your favorite Brooklyn cityscape and garden/park views.

All INTERIORS, WATERFRONT, VERMONT and ITALY paintings will be discounted 50% through the weekend, but not on display, so check here at my website for your selection and let me know!

Also, I will have a few extra copies of my new Gowanus Memories book, a compilation of 20 years of paintings of the Canal and neighborhood. Find more information about the book HERE. I will be accepting orders up until Friday, Sept 26.

Of course, you also will see how dramatically the neighborhood has changed in the last year!!

Be sure to stop by the many local businesses who have sponsored the event for a beverage or snack, or to relax afterwards. There are lots of fantastic eating and drinking establishments in the ‘hood.
